Program Overview
Used as a stand-alone degree, or as a stepping-stone for entry into many graduate programs, the 120-credit Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies degree prepares students for a career in paralegal, compliance, or as a legal professional. It is also used to gain entry into a wide array of graduate programs, including prestigious law schools, our Master’s in Business Administration, as well as a Master’s in Legal Studies and Compliance Law.

The cost of the degree is approximately $19,600. This covers the cost of college courses ($19,000) and required exams ($600). Students who are eligible for financial aid (FAFSA) may receive scholarships to cover the full cost of the college courses. Your exact tuition amount will depend on your transfer credits and financial aid eligibility.
Eligible students can receive financial aid for the portion of the degree taken through Crestpoint University.

Will my seminary credits count toward this degree?
Yes. Up to 39 seminary credits may be accepted toward the degree program.
Can I attend law school after completing this degree?
When taken in conjunction with the LSAT, this degree is an excellent foundation for law school. Graduates of this program have successfully attended numerous law schools including NYU, Cornell, Rutgers, Valparaiso, Franklin Pierce, Concord, John Marshall, Texas A&M, William Howard Taft, Belmont University, Chapman U, Abraham Lincoln, and many more.
