Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker (LCSW or LMSW ) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to promote emotional well-being and enhance the quality of life for our clients through in-person counseling.

Social Worker Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Fill a minimum of 15 hours a week.

• Provide in-person individual and group counseling services, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to client requirements.

• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, including ICD-9 coding for diagnoses.

• Provide ongoing support and advocacy for clients within the adult home

Social Worker Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid LMSW or LCSW license in the state of practice is mandatory.

• Proficiency in medical documentation practices and familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes is essential.

• Strong skills in crisis intervention techniques are highly desirable.
